Changing Opening Delay Time

I am trying to change the delay time for opening windows
and files on Windows 2000. I know that it is an edit
within the registry but cannot remember the key.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
so much.
 
Hm, is it for HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\MenuShowDelay?
