This should be a simple setting which I just can't see.
Outlook 2003-
I have 3 accounts being utilized.
The name displayed above "from, sent, to, subject" lines when printing needs
to be changed. I have looked but can't find the setting.
Any help is appreciated.

I have previously changed the named in the default profile with no change.

We are actually using 2003 Small Business Server sp2

That is picked up when you create the profile and it uses your name in the
default account.

Try a new profile - I don't know where its stored but I do know just
changing the account name doesn't change it.

Thank you,
Creating a new profile allows me to now change the name displayed at will.
I did also try "duplicating" the original profile to see if the name would
then change in the new copied profile but it would not display the changed
name that I enter.
