Changing "My Documents" folder location

Recently installed WinXP home. At some point in the past, I learned how to move the My Documents folder from C: drive to the drive where I keep all my data, but I've lost it. Now I have TWO "My Documents" folders. How can I tell WinXP to use the one on my data drive?
 
How can I change te default setting of the "My Document" such that new user created will use the new location

Start here:

You may also try loading the hive of Default user ntuser.dat in your registry and change the Shell folder paths directly. Later don't forget to unload the default user profile [important]. The Shell Folders keys are explained here:
