Changing Multiple File Extentions

I need help changing the file extentions of about 80 jpg
files to art files. Is there maybe a way to do this in
explorer or maybe a program or batch file? Please help.
(Sorry, didn't find any other forum section to put it in)
 
Open a command prompt, navagate to the sub-directory that contains the
files. Then enter

REN *.jpg *.art

and press the enter key

all done
