changing mother boards stuck in loop

im changing out my old mother board and old processor but keeping my HD. now im stuck in the loop thing. the thing is ive tried the repair set up and it just set me in to another loop. the set up gose through the install gets to the drive check of our c: drive then starts the whole thing over agine going back to 39 min and going all the way back to the drive check and starting agine please help.

now its just stuck in another loop it gose trough and the repair. then when it gets to the poing where its checking the file system of the c: drive it restarts the whole repair process over again. then gose back and check the file system and repeats the process over again.
it says there are no problems found
some times it just freezes at the end of that or it keeps goings and starts all over again
