Changing Margins in Explorer

I need to change the margins in the browser to as small
as possible. But, when I go to page set-up, and enter
zeroes, it defaults to .25 on right and left, and 0.7 and
0.46 on top and bottom. For one particular application I
need them to be at least 0.198. How can I change the
defaults or make it do what I want it to do?

The lowest valid values are dependent on your printer driver.
You may have to change the printer.
