Changing log off options

When logging off by using start/shutdown on a single user machine, I used to get one small window with three options: Shut down, Restart and Standby

After installing a new printer (HP psc 2410) I now get a dialog box with a drop down menu to Log off "user name", Shut down, Restart, Standby and hibernate

How can I change this back to the original log off screen

FYI, I also had to change the logon back to Automatic after this installation, but I found out how to do that by reading this forum!

Assuming that your PC is not in a Domain:

See if the Welcome Screen is enabled. Control Panel, User Accounts, "Change the way user logon and logoff"
Enable Welcome Screen. If the problem persist, reset the GINA using this fix:
