Changing layouts

Hi,
When I'm editing the contact form(both in outlook 2003/2007), the layout
changes to a different one (less atractive) then the one default.
After modification and saving the form and then opening it to view, the
default layout disappears and the edit layout is shown.
How can I edit the form without loosing the default layout?

This is normal behavior. In Outlook 2003 and later, developers will see a different layout when they put a contact form into design mode. The built-in layout is not available to be customized, except with Outlook 2007 form regions (which don't apply to Outlook 2003).
