One cannot change the language version of Windows XP.
You'll have to purchase a "Full English Version" of
Windows XP, reformat your hard drive, then install it.

| Sorry, but you'll have to buy a new version of XP in English. Check
| with Microsoft directly if this needs to be an "upgrade" or a "full".
| This question has been asked many times in past, and in past I looked
| for documentation on web site which version required, and I can't find.
| Call Microsoft in your current country.
