Mary

I've just updated my computer from ME to XP pro. I'm
trying to change how users log on / i.e the welcome
screen and get the following message - which I do not
know how to fix -- can someone help or point me to a
knowledge base article....

The message is:
"Client Services for netware has disabled the Welcome
screen and fast user switching. you must uninstall
client services for netware."

I can't find client services for netware in the
add/remove program file....

Thanks
Mary

Mary,

What are Client Services for Netware?:

Uninstall CSNW:

Right click My Network Places and select Properties. Right click the
Internet connection in question, or LAN connection, and select
Properties.
On the Networking tab, This connection uses...highlight Client Services
for
Netware and select Uninstall.

Ramesh = I am experiencing the same problem as Mary = I read the note
from Microsoft. The thing is that I do not see any netware client
installed at all = any clue ?

Thanks a lot in advance

Do you receive the same error? "Client Services for netware has disabled the Welcome screen and fast user switching"
