Changing heatsink in Palit FX5900XT

Hello! I'd want to ask you about the compatibility of the Thermaltake
Fanless coolers and the video card in object: is it possible to adapt, for
example, the:

? Has someone tried to do it? At one and half year since I bought that, the
fan has become noisy. Please, help me, even also suggesting me a fanless
product which can be mounted on that.
