changing HDD format

I just installed my new PC, unfortunately the HDD format
is FAT32. Is it possible to change this system to NFTS
without affecting the installation? Thanks.

Open 'Help and Support', search for 'ntfs'. Follow the instructions found
under 'convert a volume to NTFS from the command prompt'.
