Changing Group Policy Programatically

hi i would like to change the group policy "Point and Print Restrictions"
programatically. is there any API available with with i can enable/disable
this particular group policy.

This is a Group Policy question. I am sure there is a newsgroup better
suited. Why not just set the domain policy for this?
