changing from XP to Win 2K Server

I have Dell Inspiron 2650 laptop with Windows XP Home
edition installed on it. But I cannot run ASP.NET
applications on it as IIS is not supported by XP Home
edition. I am considering removing XP Home and installing
Windows 2000 Server for just this reason. Is there any
other way out? If not, Can someone give me an idea on how
to go about changing my OS to Win 2K server?
 
Since Windows XP was released after Win2000 server,
there is no path from one to the other. You will have
to start from scratch. Alternatively you could upgrade
to WinXP Professional or WinXP Server, depending
on the options you require.
