Changing from World to HTML

I'm trying to change an MS word 07 document to HTML for a Kindle book.
What do I convert to: Web Page? Web Page Single? Web Page Filtered?

Yes. Kindle uses html.

Also, my problem is when I save a Word 2007 doc to Web Page, the footnotes
do not come out in the HTML. How do I get them to show?
