Changing from Microsoft Exchange to POP3

I had a problem setting up Outlook 2007 on my new laptop and my service
provider told me to set it up as Microsoft Exchange instead of POP3.

Can someone please tell me how I can change from Microsoft Exch to POP3 as I
cannot use Outlook at the moment - thanks!

Which account type do you want to use? You are contradicting yourself.
Anyway, it's best to create a new mail profile at this point.
