I have inserted a line graph on a form and am having problems changing
the default format of the graph. Specifically,

Can anyone tell me how I can change the number format of data
displayed on my Y-axis. The current setting shows 8 digits to the
right of the decimal and I would like to set it to only 2.

Also, I have tried to change the default color and thickness of each
data series line on my graph but each time I close the graph and
return to it, it defaults to the original settings. How can I get
Access to maintain my settings.

Any advice is greatly appreciated,

Patrick

You should be able to double-click the chart in design view to open the chart
in design. You can then double-click the y-axis labels and set the format.
You should be able to click out of the chart design and save the report with
the new settings.
