Changing Fonts sizes in Word comments - using office 2003 & Window

Hi guys !

How do I chnage the size of the fonts ?

Can i also change the color of the ballons ?

Format > Font... > Size (Top right corner)

Or, there is a drop down on the standard toolbar. Select a value, or click
where the numbers are and type the value you want followed by "Enter".

What do you mean by "ballons"?
 
Modify the Comment Text style. For balloons, you'll need to modify Balloon
Text as well. The balloon color is determined by settings in Tools | Options
| Track Changes (or the corresponding setting in Word 2007).
