changing font color on posts

How do I change the font color on my message board posts, both present and
incoming posts? Any assistance anyone can give me would be greatly
appreciated.
 
For the FrontPage Discussion Web? Change the values in CSS files in the
_themes folder
 
Thanks David, Yes I am using a front page discussion board and I apologize
you will have to bear with me. I am an extreme newbie and I don't know about
css files. Can you give me a walkthrough??
