changing folder wallpaper

a friend of mine showed me how to change the backround of
the
documents folders (not desktop wallpaper). so i went to
try it on my computer
but i would'nt see the options my friend showed me on his
computer.
so i went back and asked him what windows he had, nd it
turned out to be win2000
where as i had windows xp home edition.
is there a way i could change my document folder's wall
paper or some kind of program
for it couse i've been trying for hours looking through
the help section for
instructions but i could'nt find it.

can any of u guys help me out!
