changing folder icons

I want to change the icons of the folders that appear in
My Computer. Is there any way of doing so without
downloading a program?

119? If so, is the path to your icon correct? If all is correct, send me

It can take some time to work. Up to months.

Do the below to tell windows to hurry up.
To refresh the icons in the system change the size of icons in Start - Control Panel - Display - Appearance - Advanced, click apply then change the size back.
