Changing file type

How can I change a video track to an audio wma file type. I've used Movie
Maker to edit the track but now I want to use it as a ring tone for my phone
and the format is not compatible. Please help!!
 
you can try to use video converter to convert video track to .mp3 format then
send it to your handphone. Movie maker is a program to make a movie by
combining your photos and your song collection. (I don't know the exact way
to do that since I only read from the book)
