Changing Drive Letters?

Is there away to change all the drive letters at the same time? I have some
external drives and I want them listed before the DVD Drives but I don't
want to redo them one at a time.

I dont know any way of doing them all at once, but wouldnt it have been
faster just to change them one by one than ask if you can do them in bulk
and wait for a reply?
 
Try changing the DVD drive to a letter above all the drive letters, say L
or M, and reboot.
