Click Start, right click on My Computer and select Manage. Under Storage in
the left window pane click Disk Management. Right click on any drive you
want to change and select Change Drive Letter and Paths.

As stated by Jerry but do not change your C drive. Other drives /
partitions you can change to any unused letter. If you wish to change to
a letter already in use you need to change that drive / partition first
to make that letter available. Take care how you change letters which
affect drive paths for a lot of files e.g. if you use links in
spreadsheets and also default paths.

Hope this helps.

No need to worry about the C drive, you can't change it if it is the boot
drive.

On a dual boot system you can end up with two C drives when one cannot
see the other!!
