I have a PC running W2K Pro in a domain.
I just joined it to a workgroup instead, and apparently
that cancels the computer account so now I can no longer
log in with the user name and password I've been using.

I'm not an administrator so I don't know any admin
passwords.

any ideas. Please help

You must take it back to work and a network admin will have to join it back
to the domain.

This is your third post on the same subject. It does not
matter how many times you repost - the answer is always
the same: You must talk to your administrator and get
him to rejoin the machine to the domain, or give you a
local account name / password.

I'll bet it's a STOLEN notebook !
