Hello

I have a customer that requires his Domain Controller to move From
server.123.com to server.146.com in dns records and active directory, he is
running windows 2000 server with exchange and doesnt want to start from
scratch just to change his settings from old Host name to new. Also running
IIS web and hosting one web site with same server.

Thanks

You have to use DCPROMO to demote it from the old domain then promote it to
the new domain. If this is the only DC you will lose user and computer
accounts in the old domain.
Or you can set up a trust relationship between the two domains and leave it
in the old domain.
