Can anyone tell me which reg setting i need to tinker with in order to
reduce the timeout value that Windows uses to set an idle session as
disconnected ?
The problem we have here is that though the users are set to reconnect to
their existing sessions, the terminal service doesnt recognise that their
sessions have disconnected. So if they booted of the server due to a line
fault or something else, they reconnect to a new session and their old one
is left running.
I want to set the disconnect value to something like 5 minutes, so that if
the session is idle for that long, its marked as disconnected. That way if
they get booted off, they can go for a ciggy, come back and keep working.
Thanks
Olly
