Hmm, sounds like some Windows "Help" files ....
Anyway if the OP is reading this, some registry changes will not take
effect until you restart the program that uses those entries or maybe
the whole system.
It is always a good idea to select the key, "Export it" to some place
you can remember and if you damage anything a simple click or even
command line execution of the .reg file can put you back in business...
