Changing Default Folder - Explorer

I've been looking for a way to change the default folder
that opens up when I start up Windows Explorer. I want to
open up the C-Drive, not the shared folder that is the
default.

Change the Windows explorer parameter to "explorer /e, c:"
Or, type the above in RUN box.
