Changing Date format in Inbox 'Recieved' tab

the date display in the 'recieved' tab is in American
format (e.g. Sat 5/29/2004) and I want to change it to UK
format (e.g. Sat 29/5/2004) but can't find where to do it -
any ideas?

If you're running Windows XP, what happens if you change your Regional
Settings in Control Panel? (Start>Control Panel>Date, Time, Language, and
Regional Options>Regional and Language Options. Change the top drop-down to
say "English (United Kingdom)"
