Changing Computers

I am chaning computers and would like to bring over all
my Outlook emails, addresses, calendar, etc. When i have
done this before I would copy the .pst file from the
original computer onto a cd then bring it onto the new
computer in the Outlook folder. That works but it
doesn't bring in the addresses well especially the
Automatic Fill in. Does anyone know a better way to do
it? I see in Outlook there is an "Import" ,pst files.
Maybe that is the best way?
 
Forget Import/Export. Your way -- copying the PST to the new machine
-- is the best way. Unfortunately, there are many settings that are not
contained in the PST though and you have to copy them manually. The names
