Changing Computer name

A troll got into my system and changed the name of the
machine which makes it useless on the home network. I
need to find the domain name to change it back, how do I
find the domain name and change the domain name and
computer name so the computer will be useful back on the
home network?

****Just right click on My computer icon and go to the

properties. Click on the Network Identification tab and
then click on properties. There you can change back the PC
name and the Domain/Network name. It is recommended to
change the domain back to workgroup first. Then reboot and
then change the name to the one that you want, reboot and
finally rename the domain/network. The system will prompt
you to reboot after every step is completed.****
