changing cdr rom letter assignments

I want to know how I can change the cd rom (2 of them)
letters assignments.
 
Hello

Go to Control Panel, then Administrative Tools, and then
Computer Management then Disk Management and then
Rigth Click on your cdrom and do Properties, your on
your way
