Changing CD/DVD Drive Letter Assignments

I have partitioned my hard drive and now have a C: Drive
for the operating system and an E: Drive for data
storage. My CD/DVD Drive is assigned the letter D:

I would like to reverse the order of drive letter
assignments to have the Logical Drive as the D: drive and
the CD/DVD as the E: drive.

Can you tell me how to do this?

Right click My Computer, select Manage, Disk Management. You can reassign
your drive letters there.
