changing case in for titles

Can one change the settings of the function under Format/Change Case/Title Case so that only the first letters of important words (that is, not articles or prepositions) are capitalized?
 
Word isn't smart enough to know how to recognize the 'importance' of words.
(Title case is poor practice anyway.)
