changing cartridges

I cannot get the cartridges out of the printer. COuld
you email the exact directions to remeove the cartridges?
I do not want to break the connections.

RTFM - you might want to learn how to post to newsgroups properly too! You
don't even tell us what printer you have (though I suspect you're the same
person who reposted 11 minutes later). This group is for people having
printing issues that are directly connected to the Windows XP operating
system, not for those who cannot read a manual.
