When I go into Calendar and select more then one from 'My Calendars'.Then
have the seperate headings with each saying

Calendar (in bold)
(the date)

this is the grey part at the top of each column. I want to know how/if I can
change the headings for each calendar I have.
e.g. work, leave, rooms, etc.... instead of each saying calendar! So I can
easily see which one I am looking at...the seperate colours are great they do
help but a heading would help even more
Cheers

I found the problem... I dont have the access as I can only change the one I
made up!
Would be good if I could use another name for my own headings ..oh well!

Are they your calendars in Outlook or shared mailboxes on Exchange?

If your outlook, multiple calendars is too confusing - use one and
categories and views to view them separately.

If calendars in other mailboxes:

They are shared except one which is the one I can change.

I was hoping I could give them a heading name of my own but I gather being
shared this can only be done by the administrator. I will just have to go
with the different colours. Helps to have a few open for the day so I can do
a quick overview of the room bookings etc at once glance. Many thanks for the
reply!

Thank you Judy. Not quiet what I wanted but it does do what I want for the
overview of all rooms/calendars at one glance... Now to play around and see
if I can do anything else

Cheers!!
