I have downloaded a movie from the internet & I need to
get it onto a dvd. The file is currently an avi. I
downloaded VirtualDub so I can split the file & also
downloaded TMPGEnc to turn it into a mpeg2 file which is
meant to then convert into a vob file. The only problem
is that when I try to split the file the message i get
is "file not supported microsoft owns US patent (etc etc)
on the ASf file format preventing third party software
from extracting data from ASF files. What does this mean
& is there a way around it?
Thanks
