Help! I am using Outlook 2002. It automatically removes the "extra" line breaks when I receive incoming mail, so when someone sends a list like

John Do
Jane Do
Dale Smit
David Hunte

It appears on my screen as John Doe Jane Doe Dale Smith David Hunter. When this happens, a yellow bar across the top of the message says
Extra line breaks in this message were removed. To restore, click here. When I click in the box, the message appears normally.

It's annoying because I do not see the message as the writer intended and sometimes it makes it very difficult to tell what the person said. How do I can my settings so that the default leave in the line breaks? Thanks for any advice.

In Outlook 2003, Tools>Options>email options button, uncheck "remove extra
line breaks in plain text messages".
