Whenever one of our users tries to open a .tif file, her
system tries to open it with Adobe Acrobat. Although I
know how to change it (My Computer--Tools--Folder Options--
File Types--Registered file types--TIF--Change--Imaging),
the "change" button is greyed out & not available...even
when I put that user in the "administrative user" category
to give myself access to everything when I sign into
Terminal Services as her. (She's working on a Windows
2000 server via Terminal Services.) Any suggestions for
how to get her to be able to open .tif files? (And I'm
confused, because others of us who work on the same server
via Terminals Services don't have a problem opening .tif
files with Imaging.) Thanks!!
