Changing a password over a netowrk connection

Is it possible to change the local Administrator password
of a machine over a network connection.

We have recently changed our Admin password and would like
to chdo the same on all the local administrator accounts
on the local machines.

Assuming you have administrator rights on the machine you can use cusrmgr from the
