Changed Password

My friend changed my password as a joke a couple of weeks
ago and forgot what he changed it to. the power recently
went out so my computer turned off and now i cannot get on
because i do not have the password, please help, i need to
be able to get onto my computer A.S.A.P.

Is this the administrator account? Or just one that you have created?
