Changed motherboard, now WindowsXp will not boot fully.
Xp will arrive at boot screen, but will restart computer
when selecting any of the options (Normally, Saft Mode,
etc.) Any suggestions, or do I have to loose all of my
data and reinstall.

Best thing to do is to see if you can hook up your drive to another
computer and retrieve all the important files off it
Then format and start fresh.

once you change a motherboard with 2000 or xp the os will
not load if the motherboard is not nearly identical to
the previous one. the only fix i can find for this is to
reinstall the os. you might try to use the automatic
recovery console on the xp cd. when you boot to the cd,
and it loads all the files, choose the option "to set up
win xp now, press enter", then press f8 to agree to the
terms and conditions, then press r to repair the selected
win xp install. this will re-install all of the major
files without loosing your setting or programs.
