I have a new ISP, but I am unable to reconfigure Outlook as it keeps trying
to connect to the old ISP. As the old ISP account no longer exists, Outlook
cannot connect, and therefore I can't input the new ISP connection details.
I have tried removing Office from my computer and reloading, but it has made
no difference.
