Hello,
I'm running an NT4 domain with my internal DNS running on a pair of
Win2K servers.

I need to change my zone from abc.org to abc.local

I don't see anywhere to 'rename' this, so I suspect I'll have to
delete the zone and re-create it.

I've got a large number of A & PTR records that I don't want to lose.
Is there anyway I can save/export these and import them into the new
zone?

Thanks for your help!

If it's a standard primary zone and not being stored in AD then you should
have a abc.org.dns file in the \windows\system32\dns folder that contains
all your records. You should be able to rename it to abc.local.dns, modify
the contents to change any references from abc.org to abc.local and then use
the file when you create a new zone called sbc.local. When you create the
new zone using the wizard you'll get to the Zone File section where it will
ask you whether you want to create a new file or use an existing file.
