As I said, the OEM CDs will not do an upgrade, you can
either format the hard drive and do a clean install or
probably easier, just buy an upgrade Windows XP CD from the
school bookstore, should cost about $100 or less that way.
About $200 at BestBuy I think.
As another said, You'll lose you support from Toshiba.
