hi,
I want to install windows XP on my computer, and i don't want to upgrade
from my windows 2000 (i want to format my HD durring installation).
however, i want to install my windows XP to "C:\WINNT" and not to
"C:\WINDOWS" (default)
I didn't find any place to change this thing while installing.
if someone knows how to configure this thing before installation please
answer me asap....

You should not attempt to install Windows XP in the same partition
that Windows 2000 is installed on. You need to install Windows XP
in its own partition.

Hey Carey,
Thanks for your reply!
You misunderstood me...
I want to install Windows XP Proffesional on a formatted computer (no other
OS installed).
I want the install dir to be: "C:\WinNT" and not like the default location:
"C:\Windows".
Thanks ahead
