change which program opens email attachments

Hi ,I'm new to vista,so I hope someone can help,PLEASE.Somehow my jpeg
files in email attachments now open with quicktime picture
viewer,which I don't like.I think I know how to change it but not sure
which is the default.Any advice would be much appreciated.There are
several to choose from.I just want the original way back. Thanks, Anna
 
Vista's default for JPEG is Windows Photo Gallery
