Change week to start on Sunday

I am trying to change the start day of the week to Sunday, but the
tools/options/calander options path isn't affecting the settings. Am I
missing an obvious step? Thanks
 
Outlook version? Caledar View? What option did you check under Tools->options->calendar options?
