change users share permissions

Hi,

I want to set up the 'Default' permission on sharing calenders to
'Reviewer'. It is currently set to 'None' and therefore no user can
access anothers calender. I have about 200 users. How can i
programatically achieve this??

Any help greatly appreciated.
